GIP Exyr GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and complies with the rules of data protection, in particular the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will only be processed if the data subject has consented or if another law permits or requires the processing. Personal data includes all information that can be used to determine your person and which can be traced back to you - for example, your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time informally with effect for the future.

Information about the collection of personal data

Our website is designed as a purely informational medium, which does not aim to collect personal data. However, we do publish our contact details so that you can contact us on your own initiative.

If you contact us using the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your inquiry. We delete this stored data after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are legal obligations to retain data. The basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO, your consent. Without your consent, this data will not be passed on to third parties.

You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.

This website does not use cookies. However, cookies can be written if you consent to the setting of cookies. You will be informed about this in detail and asked for your consent.

Use of Matomo Web Analytics

On this website, data is collected and stored using the web analytics service Matomo, https://matomo.org/, a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, ("Matomo") based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Anonymous user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose.

The data collected using Matomo technology (including your anonymized IP address) is processed on our servers and is not passed on to the manufacturer of the software or to third parties. The information collected in the anonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not merged with other personal data.

If you do not agree with the storage and evaluation of this data from your visit, then you can object to the storage and use at any time by clicking on the mouse below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser, which means that Matomo will not collect any session data. Please note that the complete deletion of your cookies means that the opt-out cookie is also deleted and may have to be reactivated by you.

Alternatively, most modern browsers have a so-called "Do Not Track" option, which tells websites not to track your user activity. Matomo respects this option.

Data processing when calling up embedded YouTube videos

We use components (videos) of the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter: "YouTube"), a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: "Google"), on our website on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO.

Before you can view a YouTube video on our site, you will be asked for your consent. By clicking on "PLAY VIDEO", you consent to the data processing and to the setting of cookies. After the consent, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established and in the process the content will be displayed on the website by notifying your browser. In addition, a cookie is stored on your computer.

We use the "enhanced privacy mode" option provided by YouTube. According to the information provided by YouTube, in "extended data protection mode" your data - in particular which of our Internet pages you have visited as well as device-specific information including the IP address - is only transmitted to the YouTube server in the USA when you watch the video. By calling up the video, you consent to this transmission.

If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information will be assigned to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.

When you continue to view this or other videos, you must consent to the processing of the data again in each case. You can delete the cookie generated by www.youtube-nocookie.com via your browser setting under "Privacy and security".

GIP Exyr GmbH has no influence on the type and scope of the data processed by Google, the type of processing and use or the transfer of this data to third parties. Nor does it have any effective control options in this respect.
